A subsidiary of El-Ad Group has proposed plans for what could include the tallest building in North Bay Village.
The unnamed venture would comprise two towers: one measuring 46 stories (518 feet) and another measuring 39 stories (465) feet. Together, they would offer a total of 165 residences, with floorplans including one-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts. The smallest unit would hover around 1,240 square feet.
Residents would have access to a vast array of amenities, with key features including a swimming pool and clubhouse. Other aspects of the two-tower project include 5,295 square feet of waterfront restaurant space, 427 parking spots, and more than 10,000 square feet of public park space.

North Bay Village is seeing a real estate development boom, with many evolving projects in both the residential and commercial spheres. One active project is a 28-story tower by Urbania Development. The luxury building would feature 70 high-end residences; floorplans would range from two-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts.
If brought to fruition, the 46-story and 39-story tower would be located at 7922 East Drive and 7925 to 7931 East Drive, North Bay Village, FL, 33141, in Miami-Dade County.

Cool towers on top of an ugly podium. Would fit in well in Brickell. How will I not be surprised that this way too massive development for this tiny island will be rubber stamped for approval by the City. Is this good zoning? What about traffic? Empty condos? I love density and new development, but this just seems nuts.
Although it only is 165 residences..
Average architecture, but relatively speaking would be far better buildings than the junk built in Edgewater or West Brickell.
