Kolter Urban and BH Group have secured $197 million in construction financing for Olana Naples Residences, a 12-unit beachfront condominium development at 1121 Gulf Shore Boulevard North in Naples. Designed by Randall Stofft Architects and SB Architects, with interiors by New York-based Champalimaud Design, the development will feature residences spanning approximately 10,000 square feet each. The financing was provided by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. and affiliates of BDT & MSD Partners.
The residences will feature approximately 80 feet of Gulf-facing exposure, with floor-to-ceiling glazing and expansive terraces extending the living spaces outdoors. Floor-through layouts will incorporate private elevator entry foyers and ceilings reaching up to 11 feet.
In-residence amenities will include a climate-controlled wine room, soundproofed theater, wet bar, club room, and game lounge. Private wellness spaces will incorporate steam rooms, saunas, and fitness areas. Kitchens will include a presentation kitchen and a separate chef’s kitchen.
Shared amenities will include direct beach access, a Gulf-facing pool terrace with cabanas, shaded lounge areas, landscaped gardens, and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. Dedicated concierge services will also be available.
Residences start at $32 million, according to the September 9 announcement. Groundbreaking is slated for fall 2026. A completion date was not disclosed.
