The City of Orlando’s Municipal Planning Board intends to review plans for a two-phase multi-family housing development on October 20th. The project intends to meet the growing demand for housing in Central Florida.
Mosby Lake Conway Apartments will comprise a total of 616 residences. City records report that the first phase will host six four-story buildings with 310 units, while the latter phase will feature six four-story buildings with 306 units.

The Orlando Business Journal reports that homes will span from studio to three-bedroom layout plans; the studios top out at 750 square feet. Communal amenities would include but aren’t limited to two swimming pools and two clubhouses.
Additional features of Mosby Lake Conway Apartments include two retention ponds, 1,049 surface parking spots, and pedestrian trails. Currently, the 51.2-acre site is zoned as “R-3B/AN, R-3B/RP/AN and R-3/RP/AN/SP (Semoran Gateway Special Plan).” The developer’s application (filed by Kimley-Horn) hopes to have the parcel rezoned to “RES-MED (Residential Medium Intensity) & RES-MED/RES-PRO (Resource Protection).”
Rawjee Holdings LLC owns the build site. Mosby Lake Conway Apartments is pending at 4900 and 5106 S. Semoran Blvd., Orlando, FL, in Orange County.
