27 Single-Family Homes Undergo Construction at 11368 Polo Park Trail, Wellington, Florida

A New York-based firm has secured financing for a luxury residential development in Palm Beach County.

Farrell Florida Wellington Owner LLC is proceeding with Farrell Estates Wellington, which will feature 27 single-family homes within the larger Palm Beach Polo and Country Club community. Homes will measure two stories above grade and host anywhere from five to eight bedrooms, depending on the floorplan. The largest units are capped at 8,900 square feet. Our sources report that homes are currently priced from $6 million.

Communal amenities at Farrell Estates Wellington are mostly centered around golf, with offerings including two 18-hole golf courses and golf cart storage space.

As noted, Farrell Florida Wellington Owner LLC is the developer. The firm recently secured $49 million to make its 27-unit venture possible. In 2023, the entity purchased the 23-acre build site for $12.6 million.

Vertical construction started on the development in 2024; some homes have already been completed. The entire community is expected to come online in fall 2029. Farrell Building Co. is the general contractor. Granoff Architects and Will Minnear Architect are the architects.
