BH Group and Gold Standard of Care have acquired AdviniaCare Naples, an approximately 5.1-acre senior living and skilled nursing campus at 7801 Airport-Pulling Road North in Naples, Florida, for $10 million. The partnership plans to reposition the property under the AHAVA senior living brand.
The campus includes an assisted living facility and a skilled nursing and rehabilitation component. Previous transaction records describe the Naples property as containing 117 units, comprising 93 assisted living units and 24 skilled nursing units with 40 licensed beds. The property totals approximately 78,859 square feet.

The campus is being rebranded as AHAVA Senior Residences at Naples and AHAVA Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation – Naples. Operations will be led by senior living operator Ricki Kaneti, who will oversee both components of the property.
“This acquisition reflects BH Group’s commitment to identifying exceptional investment opportunities with significant long-term potential,” said Isaac Toledano, Founder and CEO of BH Group. “Naples is a highly desirable and growing market, and we see tremendous opportunity to transform this property into a premier senior living and skilled nursing destination. Together with Gold Standard of Care and Ricki Kaneti, we are bringing the investment expertise, operational experience, and vision needed to unlock the property’s full potential while enhancing the quality of life for its residents. This is exactly the type of strategic investment we believe will create lasting value for both the community and our partnership.”
The acquisition expands a partnership between BH Group, led by Isaac Toledano, and Gold Standard of Care, led by Michael Verbitsky. The companies previously acquired senior living facilities in Aventura and Boca Raton from Blackstone in November 2025 and subsequently introduced the AHAVA brand at those properties.
“It’s a true privilege to work with best-in-class partners like Isaac and Ricki,” said Michael Verbitsky, CEO of Gold Standard of Care.
Gold Standard of Care is a Florida-based healthcare real estate investment firm focused on senior housing acquisitions and operational repositioning. According to the company, its portfolio includes 21 healthcare turnaround projects.
The Naples campus previously operated under the HarborChase name before becoming AdviniaCare Naples. In 2021, the property was included in a $26.8 million portfolio sale alongside HarborChase of Venice. Pointe Group Care acquired the two-property portfolio from Prime Care One. At the time, the Naples facility was reported to contain 93 assisted living units and 24 skilled nursing units with 40 beds.
Under the new ownership, Kaneti and her team are expected to oversee staffing, resident services, and planned physical improvements throughout the campus.
“So grateful to be able to add value to this undervalued gem in Naples,” said Ricki Kaneti, senior living operator.
BH Group and Gold Standard of Care also plan to pursue renovations, property enhancements, and landscaping improvements as part of the repositioning. Specific renovation costs and a timeline for the planned improvements have not been announced.
