Aventura-based H&M is proceeding with a residential venture that would offer 132 “sky homes” in Broward County. The Weston City Commission reviewed and approved plans for the project on Sept. 28.

The venture will feature 11 four-story buildings and host residences offering about 1,900 square feet of living space. They will be priced from $850,000, averaging about $447 per square unit. Every home will feature three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Conceptual renderings show that the homes would be centered around a courtyard, and there would be 406 parking spots. This would offer additional parking on top of the two-car garages included with each unit. Pascual, Perez, Kiliddjian, Star Architects is the architect. Tara Patton is the land planner.

This isn’t the first time a project has been proposed for the 6.6-acre site. The Real Deal reports that the property was previously slated for a 245-unit assisted living facility in 2024, but those plans never panned out. The build site itself currently hosts a defunct commercial building; Weston City Commissioner Mary Molina-Macfie describes the property in its current state as “blighted.”

The 132-unit venture is slated for 357 Racquet Club Road, Weston, Florida, 33326, in Broward County.
