A Wisconsin-based developer has plans for a multi-family housing community in Pasco County. The venture will complement a larger project that’s currently in the works.

Springs at Abbey Crossing will feature 330 units, ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. Renderings suggest that the garden-style development would measure three stories above grade. Each home would come outfitted with pre-installed smarthome technology; some residences will come with attached garages.

Communal amenities at Springs at Abbey Crossing will include both indoor and outdoor offerings. Main draws of the gated community include a pickleball court, dog park, and grilling stations/fire pits. Construction has commenced on Springs at Abbey Crossing with pre-leasing anticipated for spring 2027. The first units will officially become occupiable a few months later.

Continental Properties is the developer. The firm purchased the project’s build site for $7.7 million earlier this September. LandSouth Construction is the general contractor. Excel Engineering is the architect.

As noted, Springs at Abbey Crossing is just one piece of a grander project. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that Springs at Abbey Crossing is part of the larger Abbey Crossings development, a mixed-use endeavor set to feature industrial, office, and retail space.

Springs at Abbey Crossing is undergoing construction at State Rd 52 and McKendree Rd, San Antonio, Florida, 33576, in Pasco County.
