The second-floor slab has been poured at Parkside Residences, an eight-story, 187-unit residential development at 1741 SW 2nd Avenue in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. Developed by BI Group USA and designed by Kobi Karp, the project features interiors by 2ID Interiors, with Winmar Construction serving as general contractor. BI Group USA is the North American arm of Central Asia-based BI Group.
The pour involved 664 cubic yards of concrete across approximately 26,200 square feet. Vertical construction is now progressing toward the upper floors, with topping out scheduled for the end of 2026.

Parkside will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom residences with open-concept floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, and contemporary finishes. Select residences will feature private balconies, while expanded corner layouts will provide additional living space. The developer’s project specifications identify balconies as a feature of select units.

Amenities will include a rooftop pool deck and lounge with outdoor seating and views of the Brickell skyline. Indoor fitness and wellness spaces will comprise a Technogym fitness center, a dedicated cycling studio, a yoga and mindfulness space, and a spa circuit with a sauna, steam room, and hot and cold plunges. A coworking lounge with a private meeting room is also planned.

Pricing starts in the $400,000s, with sales and marketing handled exclusively by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
Delivery is anticipated in the first quarter of 2028.
