Fifield Companies broke ground on Avida Aventura in early 2022, Rebusiness Online reports. The developer acquired the 4.06-acre build site for $12 million in April 2021, per the South Florida Business Journal.
The eight-story building will offer 266 residential units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom options. They range from 470 square feet to 1,400 square feet each. Many models come with balconies. Previously, the project was called “Aventura Crossing.”
Current Builders, Inc. is the general contractor. It hopes to end construction by early 2023, and residents can move in Spring 2023. At this time, rent information is not available. However, the venture’s estimated to cost more than $10 million to complete. Communal amenities include a dog spa, fitness center, two lounges, and heated pool with cabanas. There is also a 20,000-square-foot rooftop entertainment deck.
MSA Architects designed the project. Other entities on the venture include Architectural Alliance, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., Shamrock Engineering, and Diversified Structural Design Inc.
Avida Aventura is conveniently located by the Aventura Mall and near the site of a future Brightline rail station. It’s located in the Ojus neighborhood. Its address is 19401 West Dixie Highway, Miami, Florida, 33180, in Miami-Dade County. It’s within driving distance of the Atlantic Ocean.
