The Seminole Tribe in Florida has many active projects right now, from a 20,000-square-foot senior center to various residential ventures. Priscilla Sayen Way apartments is one of those projects.
The complex offers 16 apartments, ranging from three-bedroom to four-bedroom units. Lynx Construction Management began construction on the project in 2019. The development will finish construction in July 2022. In total, the venture cost more than $5 million to build.
Charlan Brock & Associates, Inc. designed the community. Site plans suggest that there are three different floorplans to choose from, measuring from 2,097 square feet to 2,286 square feet each. Each home comes with a porch measuring 160 square feet.
Priscilla Sayen Way apartments comprises about 35,000 square feet of new construction. The building itself measures four stories above grade and measures 49 feet high. It also features an elevator, making the building accessible to individuals with disabilities.
The Seminole Tribe of Florida owns the project. Other involved parties include Paul J Ford & Company (the structural engineer) and MiGre Engineers, LLC (the MEP engineer).
Priscilla Sayen Way apartments’ address is 6351 Priscilla Sayen Way, Hollywood, Florida, 33024, in Broward County. It’s near Apollo Middle School and MacArthur High School.
