French developer, Prestigia Immobilier International Group, is currently constructing a housing development in downtown Hollywood. The company acquired the land for $1.2 million back in October 2019, which was about $240,000 more than the initial asking price.
The development will consist of both apartments and townhomes. Construction began in April 2021 and hopefully will be completed in August 2022.

Per the Construction Journal, the development will cost over $11.3 million to build. The complex will consist of two multi-story buildings that, in total, will have 78 units.
One building will be 85,837 square feet, 30,181 of which will be new construction. It will have 15 units and be four stories above grade. The other building will be 55,656 square feet of new construction and will feature 63 units, reaching four feet above grade.

At the time of publication, it was noted that the units will be available for rent, starting at $1,195 a month. The residences will have one to three bedrooms.
The complex sits on 1.89 acres of land. The parking lot features 111 spaces for both residents and visitors. It will also have a communal pool.
