Soleste City Line is undergoing construction in Dania Beach, Florida. The eight-story luxury residential complex will offer 340 homes, ranging from one-bedroom to multi-bedroom layout plans. Homes come with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets.
Apartments.com notes that communal amenities comprise a fitness center, swimming pool, walking trails, and business center. The website notes that homes will become available in 2023. Sources note that the Estate Companies (the developer and general contractor) began construction in Spring 2021. The venture will likely take 18 months to two years to complete, based on its size and scope. Pre-leasing is slated for this summer.
Soleste City Line will require more than 85,000 square feet of new construction. The complex will rest on a 3.42-acre build site. The project will cost about $56 million to complete. At this time, it doesn’t appear as though rent is publicly available. However, it’s worth mentioning that a 959-square-foot apartment in Dania Beach goes for about $2,262 a month, per Rentcafé.
Merrimac Ventures owns the project. Kimberly Moyer Landscape Architect is the landscape architect. Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. is the civil engineer, and Caymares Martin Inc. is the architect.
Soleste City Line’s address is 4 North Federal Highway, Dania Beach, Florida, 33004, in Broward County.
