Premier developers Related Group (Related) and Integra Investments (Integra), along with leading brokerage ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, have officially begun sales on ‘The William’ tower at the highly anticipated two-towered St. Regis Residences Miami in Brickell. The 183-unit high-rise will immerse buyers in unmatched service and design, with amenities hand-curated by the world-renown St. Regis team, and architecture and interiors spearheaded by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) and Rockwell Group, respectively.

Soaring to 46 stories, The William is designed to maximize its location on the edge of Biscayne Bay, offering endless downtown and water views and nautical-inspired architecture. The façade furthers the design narrative established by its sister tower, with rounded forms, gentle curves, and cascading terraces that blend into the skyline and sea. New renderings have been revealed of both towers seen from Biscayne Bay.

The sales launch comes amidst sky-high demand for sister tower ‘The Astor,’ which has accumulated more than $400 million in sales since its March launch. The naming scheme for both towers, “The William” and “The Astor”, pays homage to William Backhouse Astor Sr., a former Manhattan real estate magnate and member of the prominent Astor Family, who’s grandson, John Jacob Astor IV, founded the St. Regis brand in 1904.

The iconic St. Regis brand, a prized waterfront location in the heart of historic South Brickell and architecture and interiors from the world’s most revered design houses – the project is on an entirely new level for the South Florida market.”

Inside, Rockwell Group gracefully blends the historic prestige of the St. Regis brand with Miami’s signature aesthetic to create timeless interior spaces that balance the elegance of Streamline Moderne-inspired geometry and the natural phenomena of the ocean. This blend of natural beauty and man-made touches permeates all areas, from the flowing travertine floor inlaid with fluid bronze lines and undulating stone walls in the tower’s reception area to the carved profile of the ceiling that references the tower’s form and lapping water.
