New renderings have surfaced of The Wynhouse, an 8-story mixed-use development proposed for 2200 Northwest 1st Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. Generally referred to as FB Wynwood, the project is designed by Coral Gables-based Nichols Architects with interiors by New York-based Rockwell Group and developed by New York’s Fisher Brothers under the FBWS Development Senior LLC. The Wynhouse is planned to yield approximately 360,394 square feet of space including 308 residential units, 21,605 square feet of ground floor commercial space ,a 4,140-square-foot public paseo, and 122 combined onsite and offsite parking. Miami Lakes-based Langan Engineering is listed as the civil, geotechnical, environmental and traffic engineer. Hollywood-based Witkin Hults + Partners is the landscape architect.

New York and Miami real estate developer JDS Development Group (JDS) announced that it has secured an $86,000,000 acquisition and construction loan from New York-based Maxim Capital Group for 1 Southside Park, a two-towered 64-story block-sized mixed-use development underway in Brickell, Miami. This transformative project is designed by a world-class design team from SHoP Architects with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record, residential interiors by Krista Ninivaggi of Woods Baggot, hotel interior design by Rockwell Group and landscaping by James Corner Field Operations. 1 Southside Park will comprise 1,175 residential rental units, 190,000 square feet of premier office space, a 200-key Treehouse Hotel, 10,000 square feet of retail space, and 1,400 parking spaces.

Permit applications have been filed with the Federal Aviation Administration for three tower cranes at the development site for Nema Miami, a 39-story mixed-use project in the works at 2900 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater, Miami. The development is the first of two phases being administered by Miami-based developer Crescent Heights, which is expected to yield nearly 943,000 square feet of space including 588 apartments, over 50,000 square feet of commercial space anchored by Whole Foods, and as many as 748 parking spots within a 428-foot-tall building.
