This boutique property is set to occupy nearly 300 feet of pristine white sand and house 119 oceanfront condos. Anticipated for completion in 2025, the development features world-class designs by the acclaimed Arquitectonica and the Rockwell Group.
New renderings have surfaced of The River District, a massive 4-million-square-foot mixed-use development under construction on the west side of Brickell, Miami. Designed by Kobi Karp Architects with Rockwell Group and ID & Design International handling interiors and developed by Chetrit Group, the 6.2-acre project will give rise to four glass skyscrapers planned to yield approximately 1,961 residential units, 29,600 square feet of restaurant space, 12,020 square feet of retail, 40,000 square feet of office space, 17 marina slips, and 2,000 parking spaces across five phases of construction. The first phase, a 54-story – 648-foot-tall tower at 275 Southwest 6th Street, is already underway, with G.T. McDonald Enterprises as the general contractor and Tekton Construction as the structural contractor.
A Tao-branded hotel is coming to Orlando, Florida. The $175 million venture is expected to finish construction in 2025. According to PR Newswire, the venture will serve as an anchor for the upcoming O-Town West, a 350-acre mixed-use project.
The St. Regis Residences, Miami is a luxury housing development unfolding in Miami, Florida. Sources report that the multi-million-dollar venture could start construction in late 2023. Upon completion, the east tower alone will offer close to 150 residences in a high-rise building. They start at $2.9 million.
New renderings have surfaced of The Wynhouse, an 8-story mixed-use development proposed for 2200 Northwest 1st Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. Generally referred to as FB Wynwood, the project is designed by Coral Gables-based Nichols Architects with interiors by New York-based Rockwell Group and developed by New York’s Fisher Brothers under the FBWS Development Senior LLC. The Wynhouse is planned to yield approximately 360,394 square feet of space including 308 residential units, 21,605 square feet of ground floor commercial space ,a 4,140-square-foot public paseo, and 122 combined onsite and offsite parking. Miami Lakes-based Langan Engineering is listed as the civil, geotechnical, environmental and traffic engineer. Hollywood-based Witkin Hults + Partners is the landscape architect.
