The Enclave at Lakeridge is currently undergoing construction in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The building offers four luxury homes in a three-story building. Plans call for more than 7,000 square feet of new construction, and the venture rests on a .34-acre lot.
Unit A offers four bedrooms, featuring about 3,000 square feet of new construction and a two-car garage. The other three units offer three bedrooms and 2,354 square feet of new construction, also featuring two-car garages.
Most units offer three-bedroom layout plans.
Perez & Associates designed the building. It shared conceptual renderings online, showing that each unit comes with private swimming pools. Communal amenities include covered parking, bicycle storage, and lush landscaping.
The Enclave at Lakeridge is a gated community, located just 15 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport with easy access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. Pricing options are not available, however, interested parties can request quotes online.
Each home comes with a swimming pool.
VE Management Inc. owns the venture. It’s also operating as the general contractor. Planning and Design LLC is the landscape architect, and John B Smith Engineers is the civil engineer. The units are located at 1220, 1222, 1224, and 1226 Northeast 15th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33304, in Broward County. The development is north of Holiday Park.
