Bonita Springs is one of Southwest Florida’s most treasured vacation getaways. Now, sources note that it could soon be home to the Ritz Carlton Residences––Estero Bay. The project calls for two 22-story towers, each comprising 112 residential units.
The venture’s website note that layout options feature two- to four-room homes. Homes start at around $2 million. Select homes come with balconies overlooking Estero Bay, chef’s kitchens, soaking tubs, and hurricane-grade windows. There are six different floorplans to choose from. Homes themselves feature about 2,600 square feet to 3,880 square feet of interior space.
Communal amenities include a local marina, lagoon, swimming pools, and spa. Plans also call for a 7,500-square-foot restaurant. Coastal Construction, the development’s general contractor, hopes to start construction by the end of this year. Completion’s slated for 2025. Right now, the project is presently in its permitting phase.
There are a lot of parties involved in the $115 million project. Arquitectonica Headquarters designed the two towers. London Bay Homes is the developer, EDSA is the landscape architect, and Waldrop Engineering is the civil engineer.
The Ritz Carlton Residences––Estero Bay’s address is 5000 Coconut Road, Bonita Springs, Florida, 34134, in Lee County. Google Earth shows that the build site is presently undeveloped.
