Skygarden Apartments, which will provide housing in the North Miami Beach area, is scheduled to start construction in September 2021. Contractors will break ground on the development once the project completes its sub-bidding phase, which hopefully will conclude in June 2021.
The multi-story complex, measuring 19 stories above grade, will feature both residences and retail space. There will be, in total, 448,653 square feet of new construction. There will be 341 housing units, some offering more than one bedroom. Prices begin at $1,750 a month.
The smallest residences are the 1/1 units, which measure about 538 square feet in total. They also come with 15 square feet of outdoor space. The largest residences are 2/3, which at this time, do not come with information regarding size.
For residents’ and guests’ convenience, there will be 405 parking spaces. The project is presently owned by CEO Contract, an organization based out of New Castle, Delaware. The architect is Permuy Architecture, which is located in Coral Gables, and the construction company on the project is PIM Construction LLC, which is also based out of south Florida.
In total, the project is estimated to cost $118 million. The development’s physical address is 16300 NE 19th Avenue, North Miami Beach, FL, 33162. The development is 10 minutes away from the Aventura Mall.
