The St. Regis Residences, Miami is a luxury housing development unfolding in Miami, Florida. Sources report that the multi-million-dollar venture could start construction soon with completion scheduled for 2025. Upon completion, the east tower alone will offer close to 150 residences in a high-rise building. Homes start at $2.9 million.
Homes measure 2,300 square feet to 8,900 square feet each, ranging from two-bedroom to seven-bedroom homes. Units come with unobstructed views of the nearby Miami skyline, 11-foot-high ceilings, and integrated smart home technology.
Communal amenities comprise electric vehicle charging stations, 60,000 square feet of indoor amenity space, a game room, and more. At the time of publication, The St. Regis Residences, Miami was in its design and in the entitlement process with the city.
Before construction starts, the general contractor must demolish an already-existing high-rise structure. Integra Investments and the Related Group of Florida––HQ are the developers. Robert A.M. Stern Architects is the design architect.
Rockwell Group is the interior architect, and Enzo Enea is the landscape architect. At this time, a general contractor doesn’t appear to have been selected. The St. Regis Residences, Miami’s address is 1809 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33129, in Miami-Dade County.
The community is located off of I-95 and north of Miami Watersports: Hobie Cat & Windsurf.
