Dixie Highway, near Biscayne Boulevard and William Leahman Causeway, the eight-story development will include studio to three-bedroom floor plans and over 20,000 square feet of amenity space. Current Builders, led by CEO Michael Taylor, is the general contractor for the project, which is slated for completion in Fall 2023.

Designed by MSA Architects and interiors by ID & Design International, Avida Aventura is located in proximity to Aventura Mall and the new Brightline Aventura rail station. Floorplans will range from 470 to 1,400 square feet with a more significant number of three-bedroom apartments, providing additional space desired by residents with hybrid work arrangements. The property will offer an array of amenities including a 20,000-square-foot rooftop entertaining deck with a heated pool, shaded cabanas, dining areas, grills, sauna, and a spa; dog spa; fitness center; two resident lounges with dining and coworking and hosting sites; and a dedicated coworking space.
