Coastal Construction Group has broken ground on a new event center at The Concours Club, Miami’s members-only motorsport facility that blends high-performance driving, impeccable service, and luxury amenities within a spectacular resort setting. Located at One Concours Way within the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport and minutes from the heart of Miami and Fort Lauderdale, The Concours Club sets the new standard for automotive country clubs worldwide, bringing luxury amenities and services to the driving course. The club offers the most elevated and thoughtful accommodations found at a motorsport facility of its kind. From the Member’s Lounge and premium restaurant Verge, offering unparalleled dining experiences conceived by Michelin-starred experts, to Lifestyle Concierges to assist with any request, there is no other automotive resort like it anywhere else on earth.

Designed by renowned Italian design firm Pininfarina and with Revuelta Architecture International as the architect of record, The Event Campus at The Concours Club will be the first and only motorsport-based event campus within minutes of a major metro area. The event center’s state-of-the-art facility will provide immersive experiences and branding opportunities for any corporation or individual.

Featuring multiple unique elements to facilitate all types of events, the campus will be bifurcated from The Concours Club’s exclusive member-only areas offering its separate entrance, paddock, and pit lane. It will consist of a member’s lounge, reception area, multi-use room, staging room, back-of-house offices, lockers, storage room, an expansive event room, pre-function area, terrace, prep-kitchen, conference room, staff lockers and restrooms located on the second floor.

The estimated completion date is slated for 2024.
