Rosewood Residences at Lido Key is scheduled for completion in 2026. The complex will offer 65 condos in Sarasota, Florida. According to sources, the community will “bring a new luxury lifestyle experience to the area and the United States at large.”
The venture’s website reports that most homes are either three-bedroom or four-bedroom units. They range from 3,300 square feet to 5,000 square feet each. They average 4,200 square feet. Condos come with terraces, private garages, and energy-efficient appliances.
Rosewood Residences at Lido Key measures 11 stories above grade, offering unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. It rests on a build site measuring 3.5 acres. Communal amenities include a bistro café, owners lounge, game terrace, and swimming pool.
Rosewood Residences at Lido Key’s condos currently don’t have public prices. Yet, judging by the luxury community’s location, size, and amenities, owners could expect to pay more than $500,000. Officials have not confirmed this estimation.
Swedroe Architecture designed the community. The Ronto Group and Wheelock Street Capital are spearheading the venture. Rosewood Residence at Lido Key is located in Sarasota, Florida, which is in Sarasota County. The sales gallery’s address is 540 John Ringling Boulevard, Sarasota, Florida. The residence likely won’t be far.
