Soleste on the Bay is a 28-story luxury tower slated for North Miami Beach. The venture will comprise more than 700,000 square feet of new construction, featuring 363 units. The South Florida Business Journal notes that apartments will range from about 550 square feet to 1,200 square feet, featuring studios to three-bedroom units.

Communal amenities include a 10th-floor amenity deck. It will offer two swimming pools, a yoga studio, a lounge, and a gym. Plans also call for a movie room. The community will also offer about 15,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, along with 645 parking spots.
Sources report that the community could cost $140 million to complete. Form Group, Inc. is the architect. Kimberly Moyer Landscape Architect is the landscape architect, and Develotec Inc is the civil engineer. The Estate Companies owns the venture.
Construction started in February 2023. It could conclude in either 18 months or two years. The community will rest on a 2.15-acre build site. Soleste on the Bay’s address is 16375 Biscayne Boulevard, North Miami Beach, Florida, 33160, in Miami-Dade County. The community is east of I-95 and south of Ojus. It’s also next door to Soleste NoMi Beach apartments, a high-rise residential venture.
