Developers have proposed Soleste La Piazza, a mixed-use tower located near Young Circle in Hollywood, FL. The venture could replace a 21-unit mixed-use complex that was constructed in 2000.
If approved, the 22-story Soleste La Piazza would comprise 371 apartments, measuring 404 square feet to 1,605 square feet. Layout plans range from studios to three-bedroom homes. Plans also call for 7,000 square feet of commercial space.
Per the South Florida Business Journal, the development would also feature 476 parking spots, along with a tenth-story amenity center. Those amenities include a swimming pool, communal lounge, fitness center, yoga studio, spa, and game room. This would all rest on a lot measuring 1.01 acres.
The proposal listed the Estate Companies as the developer. If approved, Soleste La Piazza would be its fourth apartment complex in Hollywood. Sources report that the South Miami-based firm currently has more than 10 active projects.
Form Group is the architect. Its renderings suggest that Soleste La Piazza is designed to look like a colonnade, encouraging pedestrians to partake in its commercial offerings. Soleste La Piazza could take shape at 1845 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, Florida, 33020, in Broward County.
The development would be just steps away from Young Circle Park and east of I-95.
