Surf Row Residences is set for a 2024 delivery, per Miami Residence. The three-story low-rise building will comprise eight units, ranging from $5.7 million to $8 million. Layout plans feature three-bedroom to five-bedroom homes, measuring about 6,200 square feet to 11,000 square feet each.
In-unit features include French Oak flooring, spa-inspired suites, and rain showers. Additional amenities include rooftop plunge pools, balconies, reflecting pools, and sun decks. While the homes share similar features, no two are exactly alike in style and design.
Rene Gonzalez Architects designed the venture. Surf Row Residences is designed to invoke “classic brownstones” while also paying homage to the South Florida lifestyle. The three-story structure also takes advantage of natural light with its large hurricane-grade windows and skylights.
Lineaire Group and One Capital are the developers. Miami Condo Investments notes that the former party purchased the .65-acre development site for $7.3 million in August 2021.
LD&D is the interior designer. The overall design is inspired by “Surfside’s rich heritage and the dynamic energy of Miami Beach.”
Surf Row Residences’ address is 8800 Collins Avenue, Surfside, Florida, 33154, in Miami-Dade County. The community offers easy access to the Haulover Marina, Bal Harbour Shops, and Arte Surfside.
