Five Park is a luxury mixed-use venture slated for Miami-Dade County, FL. Per Miami Residence, the development is slated for completion in late 2024, offering 98 units in a 48-story building. Homes will range from two-bedroom to four-bedroom units, measuring 1,778 square feet to 4,269 square feet.
Miami Condo Investments reports that homes come with 10-foot-high ceilings, private elevators, and open-concept floor plans. Many homes come with views of the greater Miami area, along with updated appliances. Residences start at $3 million, although this is subject to change.
Five Park’s communal amenities include a fitness center, fiber optic Wi-Fi, children’s learning lab, teen club, screening room, and residents-only pool. Five Park’s location lends itself to various off-site amenities, offering easy access to South Beach.
Terra Development and Russell Galbut are the developers. Arquitectonica designed the 518-foot building. Per Ocean Drive, the venture offers “residents an intimate luxury experience that prioritizes privacy, extending an exclusive arrival experience to homeowners with dedicated entrances, exclusive lobbies, and a series of private elevators.”
Gabellini Sheppard is the interior designer. Five Park’s address is 500 Alton Rd., Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, in Miami-Dade County. The community is east of the Philip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science and south of Florida 195.
