El-Ad National Properties, an affiliate of Elad Group, has announced the topping off of two structures, ALINA 210 and ALINA 220, in the final stage of ALINA Residences Boca Raton. This residential project, nestled in the heart of downtown Boca Raton, has reached a significant milestone in collaboration with Moss Construction, the general contractor overseeing the development. The significant progress was celebrated with a video of the event recently shared by the general contractor on LinkedIn, which took place at 210 Southeast Mizner Boulevard.
The second phase of ALINA Residences commenced its construction activities in March 2022. Expected to reach completion by late 2024, this concluding phase will round out the trio of ALINA buildings, which include ALINA 200, already entirely sold out and occupied, ALINA 210, and ALINA 220. Together, they will offer a total of 303 residences.
ALINA 210, termed the intimate centerpiece of the development, rises nine stories tall and is home to 30 unique corner residences. With floor plans consisting of three and four bedrooms plus dens, these residences span approximately 3,300 to 5,400 square feet. In addition to the comprehensive amenities available at ALINA 200 and ALINA 220, the inhabitants of ALINA 210 will have exclusive access to an array of private amenities.
In its design focus, ALINA 220, comparable to the first-phase ALINA 200, is poised to be the most significant building within the complex, comprising 152 residences. These homes, ranging in size from 1,400 to 5,400 square feet, will offer a variety of one- to four-bedroom floor plans.
El-Ad National Properties CEO, Noam Ziv, expressed his excitement about the progress, “The first phase of ALINA Residences is completely sold out, and now to mark the topping off of the final two buildings in the development is extremely exhilarating. Over 60% of phase two is already sold, indicative of ALINA’s unique allure in the residential market.”
The culmination of the second phase will augment ALINA’s private outdoor amenity space by an additional two acres. All residents can look forward to a vast array of high-end amenities, including spa facilities, fitness centers, multiple rooftop swimming pools with private cabanas, club rooms, dog parks, and more.
Guided by the architectural expertise of Peter Stromberg of GarciaStromberg and with Moss Construction executing the plans, ALINA Residences Boca Raton is shaping up as a shining example of modern living in Boca Raton. The project’s sales are handled exclusively by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
Construction Preview Tours for select units in the phase two buildings are in the planning stages, offering prospective buyers an opportunity to explore the expansive floor plans and panoramic views. As the development edges closer to its projected completion date in late 2024, details of the interior designs are being finalized.
