Parkway Crossing Starts Construction Near the Corner of Orange Avenue and Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee, Florida

After being in the works for nearly four years, construction has officially started on Parkway Crossing, a multifamily community in Kissimmee, Florida. The 300-plus-unit complex will offer homes on a six-acre build site, featuring a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.

Per Construction Review Online, they will average around 940 square feet each, and they offer quartz countertops, vinyl plank wood floorings, and EnergyStar appliances. Communal amenities comprise a 570-spot parking garage, swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, and clubhouse.

Residents will also enjoy the dog park and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. To give the complex a resort-style feel, the pool area will come with misting fans, refrigerators, cabanas, and TVs.

GrowthSpotter reports that Parkway Crossings itself is a community with four four-story buildings. Multi-Housing News suggests that the venture will cost at least $65 million to complete. As noted, construction began this past week in June 2023, with construction expected to end in 2025. Fore Property Co. and PCCP are spearheading the venture.

Harris Engineering is the project engineer, and Charlan Brock Architects is the lead designer. Parkway Crossing will be located “near the corner of Orange Avenue and Osceola Parkway” in Kissimmee, Florida. It offers easy access to downtown Orlando and Central Florida’s various theme parks.
