Reflection, an 88-unit condominium, is undergoing construction in St. Petersburg, Florida. The 18-story venture will comprise homes ranging from 1,168 square feet to 2,285 square feet each.
Multi-Family Housing News notes that there are eight layout plans to choose from, primarily two- to three-bedroom units. Condos come with integrated smart home technology, a chef’s kitchen, terrace-style balconies, and stainless-steel appliances.
The venture’s website notes that the upscale community will offer more than 12,000 square feet of communal amenities. They include a sauna, fitness center, social room, kitchen, and rooftop pool deck/swimming pool. But that’s not all that Reflection offers. The mixed-use venture will also feature about 2,700 square feet of retail.
Our sources report that the venture will rest on a build site measuring less than one acre. It’ll also cost around $73 million to complete. KAST Construction is the general contractor. Hemmer Group is the developer, and SMP Architecture is the architect. Renderings show floor-to-ceiling windows, plank flooring, and a multi-level parking garage. Oceanfront Realty notes that units will range from $899,000 to $2.1 million.
Reflection’s slated for a 2023 delivery. Its address is 777 Third Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33701, in Pinellas County.
