Sundance Trails Apartments (formerly known as “Wildwood Apartments”) is slated to welcome tenants by the end of this year. The multifamily community, located in Wildwood, Florida, will offer 336 homes, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans.
The units themselves will be spread across multiple low-rise buildings. Apartments come with walk-in closets, full-size washers and dryers, and tile backsplashes. Residential amenities include private work booths, ideal for remote workers. Other offerings include a business center, fitness center, and resort-style swimming pool, per PR Newswire.
The venture will offer 336 units.
BLD Group and JSB Capital Group have partnered together on developing Sundance Trails Apartments. They broke ground on the venture in spring 2022. Recently, the pair refinanced three of its properties: Sundance Trails Apartments, V2 Apartments in Fort Myers, and Sunnyside Apartments in Panama City Beach.
Multi-Housing News suggests that Central Florida is seeing a huge boon when it comes to short- and long-tern rentals. Sundance Trails Apartments aims to attract residents who were priced out of The Villages yet want similar amenities.
The community will be south of The Villages.
Sundance Trails Apartments will be located within the Beaumont master-planned community in Sumter County. Its address is 5100 Sundance Trail, Wildwood, Florida, 34785. It’s south of The Villages and east of Florida 75.
