Comprising just 22 luxury condos, the Terraces Ft. Lauderdale is a high-rise residential community planned for Broward County. Our sources indicate that the boutique condo will measure 10 stories above grade, offering two-bedroom to three-and-a-half-bedroom homes.
Per the venture’s website, homes will offer 1,775 square feet of interior space and features terraces measuring at least 338 square feet. In-unit amenities include quartz countertops, Italian cabinetry, and smart home thermostats.
Amenities include a resort-style swimming pool.
Each home comes with two full-sized parking spots and an air-conditioned storage unit. There will be 7,000 square feet of interior and exterior amenities, including two summer kitchens, a fully equipped fitness center, a swimming pool, and other resort-style finishings.
Homes could start at $1.9 million (about $1,033 a square foot), although this hasn’t been officially confirmed by developers. Real Estate Weekly reports that Latitude Group is the developer. It launched sales back in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Garcia Stromberg (also known as GS4 Studios) designed the Terraces Ft. Lauderdale. The Palm Beach County organization presently has eight active projects, totaling more than $240 million. The Terraces Ft. Lauderdale could open in either 2024 or 2025.
