Dream Outdoor Resort Callahan is undergoing construction in North Florida. The venture is part of developer’s DLP Capital’s collection of Dream Outdoor Resorts. Per the Jacksonville Business Journal, Dream Outdoor Resort Callahan will span 265 acres and host 397 RV pads.
Features include “back-in and pull-through sites,” along with a host of other amenities, including a golf course, tiki bar, restaurant, swimming pool, pickleball courts, dog wash station, and more.
The golf course is rather unique in that it will feature synthetic grass, an emerging trend among golf courses. This design allows for easy maintenance and aeration. The golf course also offers video technology that helps golfers improve their strokes.
Offerings also include 53 tiny cottage rentals that offer “a taste of simplified living.” There are pet-friendly and ADA-accessible accommodations available. Our sources report that once Dream Outdoor Resort Callahan finishes construction, DLP Capital will have developed (and oversee) more than 1,200 RV pads in Florida and Georgia.
The RV travel world is a fast-growing industry, with more than 11.2 million American households owning an RV. At this time, we don’t have an exact address for Dream Outdoor Resort Callahan. Yet, we know that it’s located 20 minutes west of I-95.
