Developers have surpassed a key milestone regarding the Marina Club Apartments. The multi-family development will offer 400 Class A units in an eight-story building.
Per St. Pete Rising, the project was first announced in July 2021 and secured approval a month later. The venture’s expected to reach completion in 2025. Conceptual renderings show that apartments start on the mid-rise building’s sixth floor, with the first two floors offering parking.
Plans call for a third-floor amenity deck, along with a residential sky lounge that offers views of the nearby Boca Ciega Bay. The Marina Club Apartments is being developed by Allied Group Holdings, the developer behind Marina Walk.
That project is similar to the Marina Club Apartments in that it offers more than 230 residential units in a mid-rise building. Skanska USA is the general contractor. It’s using pre-cast construction materials and assembling many parts of the project off-site to reduce waste. This also aims to speed up the construction’s timeline.
The Marina Club Apartments is part of the greater Skyway Marina District. It will be located at 4311 34th Street, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33711, in Pinellas County. It’s west of Florida 275.
