Altura Bayshore, a venture Florida YIMBY first reported on in December 2021, has finally reached completion in South Tampa. Construction started on the high-rise tower in May 2021, with Connor and Gaskins Unlimited serving as the general contractor.
Presently, the luxury complex offers 73 condos that measure 2,176 to 3,575 square feet. Homes are divided into two categories: tower residences and penthouse residences. The 67 homes in the tower residences include two- and three-bedroom models with four different layout plans.

Meanwhile, the six penthouses range from three to four bedrooms with three different floorplans. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that the cost of ownership starts at $2 million for the remaining units, one of which, at the time of publication, was the 23rd-story penthouse.
Communal amenities at Altura Bayshore include a dog-walk area, fitness center, fourth-floor basketball court, and a host of other offerings. The Ronto Group developed Altura Bayshore. The Naples-based developer spearheaded The Residences at Lido Key, another high-end community boasting 65 waterfront homes in Sarasota.

Altura Bayshore is located near another luxury development in Tampa: the Ritz Carlton Residences Tampa. Currently, construction is ongoing on that venture’s second phase. Altura Bayshore is located at West Barcelona Street and South Ysabella Avenue, Tampa, Florida, 33629, in Hillsborough County.
