Property Markets Group (PMG) and MoneyShow have officially broken ground on One Park Sarasota, an 18-story luxury condominium designed by Sarasota-based Hoyt Architects. Situated in the heart of The Quay waterfront community in Downtown Sarasota, the development will introduce 86 residences with over 40,000 square feet of high-end amenities, offering residents breathtaking views of Sarasota Bay and the city skyline. The project is expected to contribute significantly to the city’s growing skyline and cement its status as a premier bayfront destination. Coldwell Banker Realty is handling the exclusive sales for the property, led by Chelsa Vahtomin and Robert Robinson.

The residences, designed with Hoyt Architects’ signature attention to detail, will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, 12-foot ceilings, and expansive terraces with glass railings. Each home is designed with high-end finishes such as imported Italian kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, custom lighting packages, and smart home technology provided by PMG. Outdoor terraces with summer kitchens and fully finished interiors, including marble and wood flooring, complete the elegant living experience.

In addition to the luxury living spaces, One Park Sarasota will offer an extensive suite of resort-style amenities, including an infinity-edge pool, spa deck, Hammam Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, a wine room, private theater, and a golf simulator. Other services such as valet parking and package delivery will be handled by a dedicated concierge team.
