In May 2023, Florida YIMBY reported on Salato Pompano Beach, a nine-story residential venture in Broward County. Now with the acquisition of a $73.8 million construction loan, it’s expected to break ground soon.
Located on a 1.33-acre parcel, the high-rise building is slated for completion by the conclusion of 2026. Its 40 condos will measure 2,106 to 3,354 square feet, with prices starting at $2 million.
Each will offer three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, featuring stainless steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows, and Italian porcelain tile. Sales launched in 2023, and according to developers, 40 percent of the units (16) have already been pre-sold.

There are many amenities at Salato Pompano Beach. In addition to full-time beach and swimming pool attendants, offerings include a dry sauna, wine lockers, massage room, fitness center, and more. In addition to the amenities and residential living space, there will be 2,700 square feet of retail.
U.S. Development purchased the build site for $9.7 million. Randall Stofft Architects designed Salato Pompano Beach; Kast Construction is the general contractor. The build site once hosted an apartment building, but it was demolished to make way for new construction.
