What’s nine stories and 40 residential units? Salato Pompano Beach in Broward County. The oceanfront venture is “the ultimate expression of coastal luxury living,” offering homes ranging from 2,106 square feet to 3,354 square feet each, per Condos and Condos.
Each home comprises three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, costing $1,268 per square foot. Vickie Real Estate notes that homes come outfitted with 10-foot-high windows and sliding glass doors, in-unit washers and dryers, and open-concept floor plans.
Communal amenities aim to capture luxury at its finest, featuring a wet deck with loungers, an oceanfront pool and hot tub, and sundeck. Other features include a fitness center, yoga studio, and separate men’s and women’s steam rooms.
Homes will cost $1.8 million to $4 million, although this is subject to change. Delivery is expected in 2025. Recent data from Google Earth suggests that the general contractor may have to demolish an already-existing structure.
US Development is Salato Pompano Beach’s developer. Randall Stofft Architects is the architect, and Interiors by Steven G is the interior designer. Salato Residences Pompano Beach’s address is 305 Briny Ave., Pompano Beach, Florida, 33062, in Broward County. The community is east of I-95 and south of Lighthouse Point.
