The NoMad Residences Wynwood, a new nine-story condominium tower at 2700 Northwest 2nd Avenue in the Wynwood Arts District, has officially topped off. Developed by Miami-based Related Group and Manhattan-based developer Tricap, the project is the first residential concept by the NoMad Hotels brand, under parent company Sydell Group. Over 80% of the building’s residences are already under contract, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The project’s general contractor, Beauchamp Construction, recently shared a video of the topping-off ceremony on their Instagram account.

Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by DesignAgency, the building will feature 329 fully furnished residences. Units will range from studios to two-bedroom units, all featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and high-end finishes. The development has no rental restrictions, allowing owners to rent out their units, with in-house management available for short-term guest stays.

Residents of NoMad Residences Wynwood will have access to a collection of resort-style amenities, including a rooftop lounge with panoramic views, a serviced pool with private cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and the NoMad Library and Lounge, which offers curated events and co-working spaces. Additional food and beverage amenities include a rooftop restaurant led by James Beard Award-winner Leo Robitschek and the NoMad Bar, as well as Casa Tua Cucina—a high-end open kitchen concept serving Italian and Mediterranean dishes.

The tower will also showcase museum-quality art from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection, enhancing the aesthetic experience throughout the building. Other amenities include a card room, private dining room, and a variety of shared spaces designed to elevate the urban living experience.
