Beauchamp Construction is the general contractor, Johnson, Avedano, Lopez, Rodriguez & Walewski Engineering Group, Inc. is the MEP Engineer, and Naturalficial is the landscape architect. With over 75% of its homes now in contract and vertical construction imminent, NoMad Residences Wynwood is expected to reach completion in 2025.
