Woodmont Industrial Partners, Butters Construction & Development, and PCCP, LLC have completed a 303,364-square-foot industrial facility at 15430 Corporate Road North in Jupiter, within the Palm Beach Park of Commerce (PBPOC). This marks the first of eight planned buildings in the larger PBPOC development, where the three companies are collaborating to deliver over 2 million square feet of industrial real estate.

The facility features 40’ clear heights, 60’ speed bays, 43 dock-high doors, 2 drive-in doors, and 136’ truck courts. The property also includes surface parking with 26 trailer parking spaces. Construction began in July 2023 after the site was acquired in December 2021. Cushman & Wakefield’s Christopher Thomson and Christopher Metzger serve as the exclusive leasing agents for the property.

“Palm Beach County is one of the nation’s fastest-growing regions, driven by strong demand for industrial and distribution space and a thriving population and business environment,” said Anthony Amadeo, Executive Vice President at Woodmont. “With its versatile facilities and access to a skilled labor pool, the Palm Beach Park of Commerce is an ideal location for companies expanding into the area. We’re proud to continue our partnership with Butters and PCCP as we celebrate the completion of 15430 Corporate Road North, and we’re confident this facility will be well-received by both the market and the community.”

“Along with our experienced partners, PCCP is pleased to complete this facility in PBPOC, which we believe is a unique Southern Florida industrial park location in a high-growth market,” said Ryan Dodge, Managing Director with PCCP.

“We are thrilled to deliver a leading-edge building,” added Adam Vaisman, Senior Managing Director at Butters. “Woodmont and PCCP are an integral part of our success in the park, as their partnership continues to be a great asset to the team.”

The 1,300-acre master-planned PBPOC serves as a premier business hub, offering rail service, foreign trade zones, heavy industrial/manufacturing capabilities, outdoor storage options, and convenient access to the Florida Turnpike, Interstate 95, Bee Line Highway, and the Port of Palm Beach. In November 2023, the nearby Corporate Logistics Center, also part of PBPOC, was completed, adding 252,848 square feet of industrial space to the region.

Woodmont and Butters have been active in South Florida, with recent acquisitions, groundbreakings, and completions. In September 2024, the firms broke ground on an 84,000-square-foot distribution park in Pompano, and earlier this year, they celebrated the full lease-up of 7th Avenue Logistics, a new 75,989-square-foot Class A warehouse and distribution facility in Lake Worth. A larger project in Fort Myers is also underway, which will deliver 2.1 million square feet across 14 buildings over the next three years.

Beyond Florida, Woodmont is expanding its industrial footprint with ongoing projects in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The company has approximately 6.8 million square feet of industrial space in development or renovation.
