Flow House is an exciting high-rise headed for Miami Worldcenter, a project which its developers call “a nineteen-year secret in the making.”
The 41-story tower is currently under construction, having topped off within the past few months. Planned for a 2026 reveal, Flow House will offer 466 fully furnished units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. The high-end residences will feature nine-foot-high ceilings, rain showers, and sustainably sourced construction materials.
The Next Miami reports that owners also have the option of upgrading to gourmet kitchens for an additional fee. Homes range from 307 to 1,165 square feet, giving residents unparalleled views of Biscayne Bay to the east. At the time of publication, the smallest units started at $450,000, and one-bedroom homes started at $600,000.
Flow House has an abundance of amenities, including a multi-purpose meditation room, social lounge, and private offices. There are also on-site coworking spaces for work-from-home residents. Completion is slated for 2025. Flow House isn’t the only venture unfolding in Miami Worldcenter.
Last week, we reported on JEM Sky Villas, which is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027. Units start at $8 million. Flow House is slated for 697 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL, 33132, in Miami-Dade County.

Uninspired architecture for the masses. Looks like Iron Curtain housing. Miami needs a building design review committee in the zoning department to review these monstrosities. When the building boom is over, the city will be left with these banal buildings and many missed opportunities for catapulting its stature as a world class city. Only a few developments like Mercedes Tower are pushing the inspired design envelope these days.
