BLDG Ventures has plans for a high-rise condo in Miami-Dade County. Atelier Residences Miami is set to measure 10 stories above grade, offering 148 units. The Real Deal reports that residences would span studio to three-bedroom layouts, with square footage measuring 360 to 1,500 square feet. The fully furnished luxury homes currently start in the mid-$400,000s.
Our sources indicate that in-unit offerings include keyless entry and integrated smart home accessories, upscale appliances, and views of Miami’s skyline. Resort-style amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, and yoga studio.

Another main draw is Caya, a social club that would feature on-site IV therapy, spa treatments, and hormone balancing. The South Florida Business Journal reports that membership would be available to all condo owners, with some memberships reserved for the general public.
Atelier Residences Miami will also have curated art installations for residents to enjoy. As noted, Miami-based BLDG Ventures is the developer. Gensler & E. Frances Architects designed the tower, and Pfeifer Haus is the interior designer. Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2025 and end in 2027.
