Related Group and BH Group are preparing to break ground in 2026 on Icon Beach Waterfront Residences, a 38-story, approximately 400-foot-tall luxury condominium tower planned at 3724 South Ocean Drive in Hollywood, Florida. Designed by CFE Architects, with interiors by Meyer Davis and landscape architecture by Witkin Hults + Partners, the project will introduce approximately 350 residences overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Construction is expected to span about two years, with completion targeted for 2028.
Located on the Intracoastal side of South Ocean Drive, the tower will offer panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. Residences will range from one to three bedrooms, measuring between 948 and 2,580 square feet, with expansive terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass, and high-end finishes throughout. Interiors by Meyer Davis will draw inspiration from natural textures and a coastal palette designed to complement the surrounding waterfront.

Amenities will span 30,000 to 40,000 square feet, including a waterfront pool deck with private cabanas, a full-service beach club, a resident marina, spa, wellness center, and indoor-outdoor lounges. Additional features will include an outdoor cinema, summer kitchens, a waterfront event space, and curated artworks from the Jorge M. Pérez Contemporary Art Collection. The landscape design by Witkin Hults + Partners will incorporate tropical planting and shaded pathways integrated throughout the property.
