Nautilus 220, a two-tower mixed-use waterfront development at 220 Lake Shore Drive in Lake Park, officially opened on March 25. Developed by Forest Development and Royal Palm Companies, the project spans approximately 1.15 million square feet and consists of 330 condominium residences across two 24-story structures overlooking the Lake Park Harbor Marina. The property also includes ground-floor dining, retail, office suites, and additional commercial space.

The ribbon-cutting marks the completion of what the development team describes as the largest condo-anchored mixed-use project in Palm Beach County. Remaining residences are reported to be more than 90 percent sold, with a limited collection of two- and three-bedroom units still available. Residential interiors feature floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive terraces, and views oriented toward the marina, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Atlantic Ocean.

“This marks more than a grand opening, but the beginning of a new chapter for Lake Park and the neighboring North PalmBeach area,” said Peter Baytarian, founder and managing partner for Forest Development. “We’re proud to introduce a world-class destination that elevates daily life, strengthens the neighborhood and unlocks the true potential of this area.”

Amenities at Nautilus 220 include a one-acre outdoor deck, a resort-style pool, a rooftop lap pool, a wellness plaza, a putting green, a club room, a theater, billiards, bowling, an off-leash dog run, guest suites, and private beach club access. Interiors by Steven G. Inc. designed the lobby, common areas, and fifth-floor amenity spaces.

The ground-floor commercial component includes SeaHawk Prime by David Burke, which the development team identifies as the celebrity chef’s first restaurant in Florida, as well as The Birdie Dockside Bar and Grill. Park Ave Cafe Coffee Counter & General Store is expected to open this fall. Sales and marketing for the development are being handled by Oculus Realty, which also occupies space within the project.
