A luxury hotel/condo project is set for Miami’s Design District.
The Miami Design Residences by Fouquet’s will measure 25 stories above grade and feature condos, hotel rooms, and commercial space. Specifically, regarding the residential aspect, plans call for 143 luxury condos, with floorplans ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom models.
Condos will measure about 910 to about 4,350 square feet. Residents would have access to more than 40,000 square feet of communal amenities, such as a rooftop swimming pool, golf simulator, and fitness studio. At the time of publication, the South Florida Business Journal reported that condos were priced from $1.8 million.

In addition to the long-term condos, The Miami Design Residences by Fouquet’s will feature 85 hotel keys, 20 hotel/condo units, and just over 55,000 square feet of commercial space. There are four developers working together to make The Miami Design Residences by Fouquet’s possible. They include Raycliff Capital, Fort Partners, Constellation Hotels Holdings, and Miami Design District Associates (MDDA).
Two European firms are working on the project’s design: Berlin-based David Chipperfield and France-based RDAI. They are handling the architecture and interior design, respectively.
The Miami Design Residences by Fouquet’s has been a rapidly developing process, with the development team having filed plans in January. The branding came just two months later. It will occupy a 1.07-acre site at 39 NE 39th St, Miami, FL, 33137, in Miami-Dade County.
