Tavistock Development Company has announced five new retail tenants and a large-scale public art program for Lake Nona West, a 405,000-square-foot retail center under development on 54 acres in Orlando’s Lake Nona community. The walkable center is located along Lake Nona Boulevard, east of Boggy Creek Road, and is scheduled to open in May 2026.
The new tenants total 8,078 square feet and include Drybar, Just Salad, Gloss Nail Co., and Kilwins Ice Cream. The additions follow earlier leasing announcements for more than 317,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment space, anchored by a 149,247-square-foot Target.
“With Lake Nona among Central Florida’s fastest-growing communities, demand for convenient, high-quality retail and dining has surged, a gap Lake Nona West is positioned to fill,” said Joanne Ling, Senior Director of Commercial Sales, Leasing and Development at Tavistock Development Company. “That demand has translated into strong leasing momentum, and we have been intentional in curating a tenant mix that meets that demand while reflecting how people live and work here, creating a place that feels like an extension of daily life for residents while welcoming visitors.”
The public art program will be led by Chalk & Brush, a Miami-based multidisciplinary studio founded by Cuban-born artist Cinthia “Cynno” Santos. The installation will bring 30 murals to Lake Nona West, marking the studio’s largest mural program to date. The works will be integrated across buildings and walkways, with designs drawing from native flora, wildlife, and the surrounding community.
The center will also include shaded promenades, flexible gathering spaces, and a 20-stall Level 3 electric vehicle charging hub powered by Mercedes-Benz High-Power Charging.
Previously announced tenants include Homesense, Barnes & Noble, Total Wine & More, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, JETSET Pilates, Nordstrom Rack, Sephora, and Cañonita, an elevated Mexican dining concept from Tavistock Restaurant Collection. Lake Nona West is located minutes from Orlando International Airport.
