Construction has concluded on 501 First Miami, a 40-story tower in its namesake city. Florida YIMBY first learned of the multi-million-dollar venture in November 2022.

501 First Miami features 476 luxury residences, ranging from studio to two-bedroom units. They measure approximately 385 to 835 square feet each; there are no rent restrictions, meaning owners can maximize profits through their condos. At the time of publication, prices started at $430,000 – about a 43 percent increase from when the project initially launched in mid-2021.

In-unit features include (but aren’t limited to) floor-to-ceiling glass windows, imported European cabinetry and appliances, and Kohler plumbing finishings. 501 First Miami’s fully-furnished residences span floors three through 37, so each unit will come with its own private balcony.

Communal amenities span multiple floors. To name a few, the rooftop hosts a 75-foot resort-style swimming pool, private movie theater, and co-working lounge, and the 38th floor has a fitness center, sunset/sunrise terrace, and club room. Again, this is not an exhaustive list.

Aria Development Group and Aqarat collaborated on the venture. Revuelta Architecture International was the architect, and Beauchamp Construction was the general contractor.

501 First Miami is located at 121 N.E. 5th Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33132, in Miami-Dade County.
