New interior renderings have been revealed for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach, a 13-story dual-tower waterfront residential development planned for 551 Bayshore Drive in Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Garcia Stromberg with interiors by Dan Fink Studio, the boutique project is being developed by MICL and Admire Capital and will yield 83 private residences positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The new visuals offer a look at the project’s signature amenity spaces, including the lobby, lounge, rooftop pool deck, fitness center, media room, and kids’ playroom.

Residences are planned as a limited collection of two- and three-bedroom homes with dens, ranging from approximately 1,550 to 3,480 square feet. The development will also include six penthouses with ceiling heights of up to 11 feet. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and expansive private terraces are incorporated throughout the residential layouts, with the dual-tower massing oriented toward views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.
Interior specifications include wide-plank white oak flooring, Shaker-style cabinetry, integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, European-style solid-core doors, walk-in closets in primary suites, freestanding soaking tubs, Waterworks fixtures, custom built-ins, and full-size vented washers and dryers. Select homes will include private elevator lobbies with separate service elevators, while certain penthouse layouts are designed with private rooftop terraces and plunge pools.
