Postr has signed a six-year lease for approximately 10,000 square feet at 301 and 311 NW 28th Street in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood, where the company plans to establish its new headquarters. Scheduled to open in August, the office will accommodate the company’s operations as it expands its presence in Miami. The property is owned by Lerner Family Properties.
The headquarters will occupy an existing commercial property in the heart of Wynwood, one of Miami’s leading creative and technology districts. Approximately 20 employees have already relocated from Baltimore to Miami, and the company plans to hire between 30 and 60 additional full-time Miami-based employees over the next year across sales, marketing, and operations.
“Opening our headquarters is an exciting moment in Postr’s growth and the future we envision for the creator economy and establishing Miami as the creator capital of the world,” said Demetrios Kafouros, founder and CEO of Postr. “As Postr continues to scale, we want a space that reflects the creativity and innovation we intend to bring to the industry.”
Postr selected Miami after evaluating locations in Manhattan and California, citing the city’s favorable business climate, expanding technology ecosystem, and concentration of creative talent. According to the company, Wynwood’s established creative identity and startup-friendly environment made the neighborhood a natural location for its headquarters.
The office is planned with collaborative workspaces, rotating art installations, and artwork developed in partnership with local artists. Exterior improvements will include public art and signage identifying the headquarters.
Founded to streamline creator marketing, Postr officially launched its platform following a beta period that began in the fourth quarter of 2025. The platform automates creator marketing workflows by matching creators with campaigns, standardizing pricing, and tracking campaign performance across multiple social media platforms. According to the company, the platform has accumulated a waitlist following its beta launch as demand from both brands and creators has continued to grow.
Lerner Family Properties owns the Wynwood property and has maintained a long-standing presence in the neighborhood through its real estate holdings and tenant curation.
“Wynwood has always evolved through the people and businesses that choose to invest in its creative identity,” said David Lerner of Lerner Family Properties. “We’ve remained intentional about bringing in companies that add to the neighborhood’s energy and authenticity, and Postr’s vision for supporting creators and building community aligns strongly with that philosophy.”
