Another high-rise luxury tower is headed to Miami Beach.
Reserve at One Sunset is slated to measure 20 stories above grade and host 35 luxury units. Of those units, 21 will be a mix of three-bedroom to five-bedroom condos, while the remaining 14 would be designated as workforce housing. The latter homes would be smaller in scale, ranging from studio to one-bedroom layouts and averaging around 510 square feet.
Floridian Development reports that the workforce housing units are a strategic move to bypass certain regulations around the building’s height; residency would be reserved for households earning at least 120 percent of the area median income (AMI).

Communal amenities would include a wellness club, multiple padel courts, and a resort-style swimming pool. Reserve at One Sunset is more the sum of its residences and amenities; plans call for 4,343 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Future tenants would likely include cafes or fast casual dining.
Turnbridge Equities is the developer. ODP Architecture is the architect. Renderings show that Reserve at One Sunset would soar 323 feet at its highest point, with each floor spanning about 13 feet high.
Reserve at One Sunset’s official address is 1920 Alton Boulevard, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, in Miami-Dade County. Its street address may be changed to 1 Sunset Drive when the tower officially debuts.
